Track 1:- Nanomedicine and Targeted Drug delivery

Nanoparticle technology was recently shown to hold great promise for drug delivery applications in nanomedicine due to its beneficial properties, such as better encapsulation, bioavailability, control release, and lower toxic effect. Despite the great progress in nanomedicine, there remain many limitations for clinical applications on nanocarriers. To overcome these limitations, advanced nanoparticles for drug delivery have been developed to enable the spatially and temporally controlled release of drugs in response to specific stimuli at disease sites. Furthermore, the controlled self-assembly of organic and inorganic materials may enable their use in theranostic applications. This review presents an overview of a recent advanced nano particulate system that can be used as a potential drug delivery carrier and focuses on the potential applications of nanoparticles in various biomedical fields for human health care.

Track 2:- Nanomedicine in Cancer Therapy

Cancer is the second leading cause of mortality, after heart attack. By 2020 there will be increase in the number of new cases by 15 million. Nanotechnology is used for both targeted drug delivery and intrinsic therapies. Nano particles are directly injected into the tumor and are activated to produce heat and destroy the cells of the tumor either by x-ray, light or Magnetic field. Gold Nano rods are being used to carry chemotherapy drugs into the tumor and locally excite it by infrared rays. The heat induced is helpful to destroy cells of tumor as well as encapsulate drugs.

Track 3:- Biomarkers

A biomarker is introduced into an organism as a means to examine organ function or other aspects of health. Most of the biomarkers are relatively easy to measure and involve in repetitive medical examinations. Biomarkers help in knowing and differentiating the normal human beings from disease attack once. The following biomarkers like inflammatory markers, RNA biomarkers, cancer biomarkers, radiation biomarkers, biomarkers of petroleum products and mixture toxicity play a prominent role.

Track 4: Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine

 Tissue engineering is emerging as a significant potential alternative or complementary solution, whereby tissue and organ failure is addressed by implanting natural, synthetic, or semisynthetic tissue and organ mimics that are fully functional from the start or that grow into the required functionality. Initial efforts have focused on skin equivalents for treating burns, but an increasing number of tissue types are now being engineered, as well as biomaterials and scaffolds used as delivery systems. A variety of approaches are used to coax differentiated or undifferentiated cells, such as stem cells, into the desired cell type. Notable results include tissue-engineered bone, blood vessels, liver, muscle, and even nerve conduits.

                                  Regeneration is the process of renewal, restoration, and growth that makes genomes, cells, organisms, and ecosystems resilient to natural fluctuations or events that cause disturbance or damage. Every species is capable of regeneration, from bacteria to humans. Regeneration can either be complete where the new tissue is the same as the lost tissue, or incomplete where after the necrotic tissue comes fibrosis. Now a day its market is quiet high.

Track 5:- Personalized Medicine

Medical genetics is the branch of medicine that involves the diagnosis and management of hereditary disorders. Medical genetics differs from human genetics in that human genetics is a field of scientific research that may or may not apply to medicine, while medical genetics refers to the application of genetics to medical care. For example, research on the causes and inheritance of genetic disorders would be considered within both human genetics and medical genetics, while the diagnosis, management, and counselling people with genetic disorders would be considered part of medical genetics.

Track 6:- Nanotechnology in Stem Cells

In recent years, the inter crossing of nanotechnology in stem cell biology and biomedicine has led to an emerging new research field, known as stem cell nanotechnology. Stem cell nanotechnology is defined as the application of nanotechnology in stem cells research and development, and it is characterized as highly rapid in development, highly interdisciplinary, and highly controversial.

Track 7:- Nanodevices in Medicine & Surgery

Many advances have been made into medical arena for application in nanomedicine particularly nanoparticles and biomarkers for drug delivery as well as self-assembling nanotechnology. The two building blocks nanoparticles for drug delivery and self- assembling nanotechnology when combined can become future for nanorobots, by administering xenobiotics or other diseases to target health problems. Nanoparticles in drug delivery are vastly used in medicine due to its promising role, with improvements in localization and specificity of drugs. Other promising developments have been designed to deliver pay loads such as light and heat which may be used in diagnosis and applications in gene delivery.

Track 8:-Nanomedicine in Healthcare

Nano medicine affects almost all the aspects of healthcare. Nano medicine helps to engineer novel and advanced tools for the treatment of various diseases and the improvement of human bio systems using molecular Nanotechnology. Cardiovascular diseases, Neurodegenerative disorders, Cancer, Diabetes, Infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS are the main diseases whose treatment can be benefitted by using Nano medicine.

 Track 9:- Pharmacogenomics

Toxicogenomics is the branch of science dealing with the collection, interpretation and storage of information about protein and gene activity within the cell or tissue of an organism in response to toxic agents. Studying these mechanisms can aid in building better animal and human models, with the goal of better predicting toxic response in humans. The field of toxicogenomics relates global mRNA, protein and metabolite analysis related technologies to study the effects of hazards on organisms. Toxicogenomics studies of proteins can be done by protien mass spectrometry.

Track 10:- Nanotheranostics

Nanotheranostics, the merger of diagnostic and therapeutic function as a system using the benefits of nanotechnology. Since treating cancer is not similar in all cases, it requires therapy to be adapted to the patient's specific biomolecules. It helps identifies biomarkers to gain better understanding of the diagnosis and in turn treating the specific disorder based on the precise diagnosis. By mostly utilizing the unique properties of nanoparticles to achieve biomarker identification and drug delivery, nanotheranostics can be applied to noninvasively discover and target image biomarkers and further deliver treatment based on the biomarker distribution.

Track 11:- Nano Cosmetology

Nano cosmetology has applications including hair care products; make up, sunscreens and Moisturizers. Nano Cosmetics contains Liposomes and niosomes as delivery vehicles. Newer structures such as solid lipid nanoparticles and nanostructured lipid carriers have been found to perform better than liposomes. Nanostructured lipid carriers have been identified as a potential next generation cosmetic delivery agent that can boost skin hydration, bioavailability, stability of the agent and controlled occlusion. Encapsulation techniques have been proposed for carrying cosmetic actives. In cosmetic applications, nanocrystals and nanoemulsions are being investigated.

Track 12:- Nanotechnology in Neuroscience

Nanotechnology can be defined as manipulations of matter on the atomic, molecular and supra-molecular level. In application to Neuroscience and Neuroengineering, these are manipulations at the cellular level of neuron components. During the last decade, we have seen a number of successful applications of nanotechnology methods to basic Neuroscience and to medical practice. It is expected that the development of novel nanotechnologies will result in important insights on the brain mechanisms, and eventually provide better medical care to patients.

Track 13:- Nanotoxicology

 Toxicology is a branch which deals with biology, chemistry, and medicine concerned with the study of the adverse effects of chemicals on living organisms. Toxicology studies the harmful effects of biological, chemical and physical agents in biological systems which establish the extent of damage in living organisms. The relationship between dose and its effects on any exposed organism is of high significance in toxicology. Factors that influence toxicology include the dosage the route of exposure, the species, age, sex and environment.

Track 14:- Toxicovigilance

Pharmacovigilance which is mainly known as Drug Safety, is a pharmacological science relating to the collection, detection, assessment, monitoring, and prevention of adverse effects with pharmaceutical products. Toxicovigilance mainly focuses on adverse drug reactions, the toxic effects of synthetic and natural chemicals on the biological systems

Track 15:- Nano Pharmaceuticals

Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology for Drug Delivery using Nanotechnology session plays major role in the future of pharmaceutical research. In this session, we will go over several of the most important features of nanotechnology, anticancer drug development, pharmocology of cancer drugs, that will impact our lives but we will also talk about what nanotechnology itself will be like in the future and Investigator specifically from cancer therapy. Interestingly pharmaceutical sciences are using nanoparticles to reduce toxicity and side effects of drugs and up to recently did not realize that carrier systems themselves may impose risks to the patient.

Track 16:- Nano medicine & Nano biotechnology

Nanomedicine can be defined as medical application of nanotechnology. Nanomedicine ranges from the medical applications of nanomaterials and biological devices, Nano electronic devices &biosensors and possible future applications of molecular nanotechnology. Nanomaterials can be functionalized to interface with biological molecules & structures as the size of nanomaterials is comparable to most biological molecules and structures. Nanomaterials can be useful for both in vivo and in vitro biomedical research and applications and integration of nanomaterials with biology has led to the development of advanced diagnostic devices, physical therapy applications, analytical tools, contrast agents and drug delivery vehicles. Nanomedicine strives for delivering valuable set of research tools & clinically useful devices and its industry sales reached $16 billion in 2015, with an average of $3.8 billion investment in nanotechnology R&D every year and increase of 45% per year global funding for emerging nanotechnology.

Track 17:- Nano Chemistry

Nanochemistry is the combination of chemistry and nanoscience. Nanochemistry is related by synthesis of building blocks which are dependent on size, surface, shape and defect properties. Nanochemistry is being used in chemical, physical and materials science as well as engineering, biological and medical applications. Nanochemistry and other nanoscience fields have the same core concepts but the usages of those concepts are different. Nano-construct synthesis is dependent on how the surface, size and shape will lead to self-assembly of the building blocks into the functional structures; they probably have functional defects and might be useful for photonic, electronic, medical or bioanalytical problems.
